Staging

Includes one round of feedback. As part of our process, you will be asked if the project is approved before we move on to our final stage. Once we complete the project as final any further amendments are chargeable.

Capture

Our standard terms are 30 days for full payment. Any invoice that is overdue will result in the tour being disabled automatically. Anywhere the tour is live will show an error until the payment is received.

If a Purchase Order number is required to complete payment this must be added to the order form before a site visit is undertaken.

Ownership of tours will not be transferred to another Matterport account until all invoices are paid.

Should the booking be cancelled with 24 hours notice or more a full refund will be made immediately. Cancellations under 24 hours will be subject to a £50 admin fee.
